Law firm’s recruitment plan

Special Correspondent

CHENNAI: One of India’s largest IP (intellectual property) law firms, Lall Lahiri & Salhotra, said that it would hire 30 employees this year.

“We recruited 18 lawyers last year, most of them lateral hires from reputed law firms. This year, we plan to bring in a mix of freshers and experienced lawyers so as to maintain a balance between fresh innovative ideas and proven methods,” a statement issued by the firm said. The move was the latest in the growth strategy of the law firm, which had seen a 180 per cent growth in the past 18 months.
