Agri Clinic opened

VELLORE: The Agri Clinic and soil testing centre, set up under the National Agricultural Development Programme, and functioning in 10, Viswanathan Street, Tirupattur, was inaugurated by R. Mukunda Naidu, Joint Director of Agriculture, Vellore on Monday.

The Joint Director said that he has recommended a government subsidy of Rs.3 lakh to Prabhu Ram, who has established the Clinic, which would offer services required by farmers, and the soil testing centre. — Special Correspondent
