“Scale up security for Jayalalithaa”

CHENNAI: Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy has urged the Prime Minister to take serious note of the recent threat to attack AIADMK general secretary Jayalalithaa.

In a statement, Dr. Swamy urged the Prime Minister to scale up the security for Ms. Jayalalithaa in the wake of the threat issued through a letter. He said the threat was the latest in a series of untoward incidents that were reflective of deteriorating law and order in the State.
