Court asks police to file case against Congress MP

Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: A City Court on Thursday directed the Saifabad police to register a case against Congress MP from Nizamabad Madhu Yaskhi on a complaint that he had allegedly created false documents to send people to the United States.

Passing the order on a petition filed by former APSRTC Chairman, Gone Prakash Rao, First Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sharat directed the Saifabad police to register a case and prosecute the MP.

The former MLA has a running feud with his party’s MP and even lodged a complaint with the Director General of Police against the latter.
