GHMC wins case

The Special Court of Land Grabbing Cases has declared that plot no. 34, survey number 115, Yellareddyguda, and earmarked as open space/park as per the approved layout is under GHMC’s possession. It dismissed a land grabbing case filed by one, B. Sitaramanjaneyulu, against the Commissioner. The case was contested by GHMC’s standing counsel Sri Srinivasa Ranga Chary.
