SALEM: The Bhavishya Nidhi Adalat of the Employees Provident Fund members will be held on March 11 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Sub-Regional Office of Regional PF Commissioner, Sri Jayalakshmi Plaza, Anna Salai, Swarnapuri, Salem-4, instead of March 10. A press release from the office says that the adalat will be conducted by the Regional PF Commissioner Kousalya Ganapathy. Members are asked to furnish details of their grievances if any to Public Relations Officer, Salem on or before March 5. They also can send the same through e-mail at sro.salem@epfindia.gov.in. Development worksCollector J. Chandrakumar inspected various development works being carried out at a cost of Rs. 51 lakh at Nangavalli Panchayat Union in the district. The works included compound wall for school in Periya Soragai village, play grounds, lake desilting under the NREG scheme, anganwadi buildings and repair of school buildings, group houses and restoration of pond in Thoramangalam village. All works, he said, should be completed by March 15.
