Technical exhibition tomorrow

TIRUCHI: The Silver Jubilee celebrations of Heavy Alloy Penetrator Project (HAPP) will culminate with cultural and variety entertainment programmes on March 4.

Alongside photographs of important occasions during its 25 years of existence, 26 products manufactured in the unit will be displayed at the exhibition on Wednesday. Subhhash Chander, Member – Materials and Components, Apex Board of Indian Ordnance Factories, will take part in the final day celebrations, HAPP General Manager R.R. Yadava said on Monday.

During the silver jubilee year, the HAPP has developed two coconut groves by planting 350 saplings. People from various parts of the district took part in the grand open half marathon conducted on January 4, as part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations.
