Vignan may ink pact with Scotland varsity

GUNTUR: Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, representative Rebert Scott visited Vignan University on Monday to hold discussions with its Strategic Management director C. Uma Maheswara Rao, Principal of Vignan Engineering College K.V.N.Srinivasa Rao, faculty and students to explore possibility of signing an MoU.

The MOU would facilitate exchange of faculty and students between Vignan University and Edinburgh Napier University.

This also helps Vignan University to adopt the best practices Napier follows in teaching, learning and research.

The Napier is more than 200 years old campus located in Scotland, UK and one of the top 10 universities in the UK. The MoU would also help to provide contemporary education in engineering, sciences and management beside developing systems for quality assurance in all areas of education, the Vignan University release said.
