Fletcher backs umpire referral system

London: Former England coach Duncan Fletcher has backed the much-criticised umpire referral system in Test cricket, saying the innovation will improve decision-making, if used judiciously. “This system will not currently give you 100 per cent correct decisions, but it is there to help umpires,” Fletcher told BBC Sports. — PTI
