THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The police are making arrangements to enable the owners of hotels, homesteads and house boats to file the C Form — containing details of the foreigners staying with them, online from March 31. They should provide the details to the SPs through the internet within 24 hours of the commencement of stay. The new arrangement will also enable the police to alert the owners about suspicious foreigners. —Special Correspondent
