The unique selling point is its Bluetooth technology and high-end music system. CHANDIGARH: Mahindra Renault on Thursday nationally launched Logan Edge Connect, a smart variant of Logan Edge which made its debut in 2008, at a media conference here. Actor and Logan brand ambassador Kunal Kapoor unveiled the vehicle. Mahindra Renault General Manager Gaurav Saxena told the media that the unique selling point of the Logan Edge Connect was its Bluetooth technology and high-end music system. It was available in four vibrant colours. The vehicle provided the driver with a hands-free option for his Bluetooth-enabled mobile set as a special remote control device allowed to conveniently operate the phone from anywhere within the car. The high-end music system had iPod compatibility. The car was also equipped with driver information system (DIS). Moreover, it had four reverse parking sensors for anticipating hurdles while reversing the car, anti-lock braking system, eletronic brake distribution and driver airbag besides an anti-theft electronic encoded safety system, he added. The ex-showroom price ranges from Rs. 5.46 lakh for the 1.4 GLX model to Rs. 7.41 lakh for the 1.5 DLS-ABS model.
