Aditya’s ton in vain
Mysore: Aditya Sagar’s stroke-filled 107 (15x4) went in vain as Mysore University Colleges Sports Council (MUCSC) was held to a draw by Jaihind CC ‘B’ in the KSCA Mysore Zone first division league match here recently.
The scores: First Division: MUCSC 291 for nine decl. in 43.2 overs (inclusive of 10 penalty runs for one over short) (Aditya Sagar 107, S. Dhananjaya 53, Md. Imran 41, M.R. Anand four for 41) drew with Jaihind CC ‘B’ 214 for six in 65 overs (Mahadevappa 77 n.o., Irfan 40).
Second Division: Lucky Boys CC, Nanjangud 240 in 47.5 overs (Vinay Kumar 48) lost to Mohan’s XI 294 for seven in 40 overs (inclusive of 50 penalty runs for five overs short) (Venu Madhavan 73, M.N. Karthik 61).
