Mumbai: Rhapsodion Snow and Noble Prince showed out when the horses were exercised here on Friday morning (March 13).

Inner sand:

600m: Oh Calcutta (rb) 39.5. Moved freely. Arabian Guest (Khalander) 41.5. Easy.

800m: Sarjerao (rb) 54, 600/40.5. Moved freely. Nyssa (rb) 53.5, 600/38.5. Should make amends. Free Spirit (Shelar), Lusty (Kharadi) 52, 600/39. They were urged and finished level. Slickkit (Shammi), A dark bay filly (Aldeburgh/Rose Blanche) (rb) 53.5, 600/39.5. Former moved well and they finished level. Sea Of Kisses (Daniel Grant), Sea Magic (Jethu) 57, 600/42. Pair easy. Czech (Khalander) 55, 600/40. Easy. Jalsa (rb) (1400/600) 55. Moved well. Doi Moi (rb) 56, 600/42. Easy. Bee Quick (rb) 55, 600/41. Moved freely.

1000m: Red Indian (Ranjane) 1-5, 800/53, 600/41. Good. Mountain King (rb), Flo Nightingale (Shammi) 1-8, 600/39. Former ended two lengths in front. Irish Queen (rb) 1-11, 600/41. Easy. Tyumen (Kotwal), Solar Angel (Norton) 1-3, 800/50.5, 600/38.5. Former finished a distance ahead. Southern Charge (Norton), Predominant (Ranjeet) 1-6, 800/52, 600/38.5. 600m: Kiara (McCullagh) 40. Easy. Versaki (C.Rajendra) 40. Good. Snow Blind (Bernard) (1200/600) 39. Moved freely.

800m: Rose Bowl (C.Rajendra) 51.5, 600/39. Moved well.

1000m: Rhapsodion Snow (David Allan) 1-4, 800/50, 600/36.5. Moved attractively.

1200m: Secret Glory (M.R.Singh), The Pearl (B.Prakash) 1-37, 800/56.5, 600/42.5. Both were easy.

1400m: Noble Prince (David Allan) 1-36, 1200/1-20, 1000/1-5, 800/51, 600/38.5. Shaped well.

1600m: Bruckner (M.Narredu), Cambiasso (McCullagh) 1-55, 1200/1-24.5, 1000/1-9, 600/40.5. They moved neck and neck freely.

Gate practice: inner sand :

1000m: Valid Surroundings (D.S.Rathore), Suavemente (rb) 1-5.5, 600/39.5. Former finished six lengths ahead. Dynamite (rb) 1-5.5, 600/39. Moved freely. Mariposa (Ranjeet), Track Thunder (rb) and Game Of Power (rb) 1-6, 800/52, 600/39. First and second named finished three lengths ahead of the last named. Azul (rb), Start Me Up (Hamir) and John Cabot (Srinath) 1-8, 600/41.5. Trio moved freely. Jade (Jethu) 1-6.5, 600/39.5. Moved well. Strauss (N.Jodha), Deep Purple (Hamir) and Silver Screen (Pereira) 1-6, 600/40. They jumped out well and moved freely.

Mock race: March 12 (race track)

1200m: Mighty Crusader (Srinath), Patek Philippe (Neeraj), Grand Warrior (C.Rajendra), Strathendrick (S.N.Chavan), Geronimo (Baria), Rodrigo (I.Shaikh), Monarchos (Bernard), Trigance (Mahesh), Divine Grace (N.Jodha), Splendid Boss (Hanumant), Clas (Ikram), Fiamma (Chandrakant) and Dybbuk (Parmar) 1-12.5, 600/35.5. 2-1/2, 4-1/2, Sh. Mighty Crusader came very well from behind and won the race. Patek Philippe was running fourth till the bend was not urged and finished second. First two named impressed.

Second mock race:

1200m: Up North (Ranjane), Whiskey Bandit (C.S.Jodha), Rubidium (Aadesh) and Just Once More (Biramne) 1-15, 600/37. 3-1/2, 10, Dist. Up North pleased.

Outer sand:

1600m: Timeless Treasure (rb) 1-49.5, 600/41.5. Moved well.

A correction: The horse worked with Desdemona on March 12 was Forest Native and not Forest Music as reported. The error is regretted.
