THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) and the Union Ministry of Science and Technology is jointly organising a two-day national seminar on ‘Career opportunities and challenges for women in the field of science’ from March 17. Minister for Social Welfare P.K. Sreemathy will inaugurate the seminar being organised as part of the International Women’s Day, at Shasthra Bhavan, Pattom. Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment Executive vice-president E.P. Yashodharan will preside over the inaugural function on March 17. Union Science and Technology Department adviser C.P. Saigal, SBT general manager Mathur K. Nanjunda and State Planning Board Member Mridul Eppan will speak at the function.
