Tatanet bags order for satellite connectivity

MUMBAI: Tatanet, a division of Nelco, one of the leading connectivity solution providers in India, bagged an order from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation to enhance the communication infrastructure of its western offshore site. The Rs. 42 crore order will augment voice and data communication requirement between ONGC’s offshore installations and its base station office in Mumbai and provide back-up network for existing C band satellite network, says a release.
