Heavy vehicles movement restricted

PUDUCHERRY: The traffic police department has restricted the movement of heavy vehicles on Lal Bahadur Shastri Street from Friday.

Following requests from the public to de-congest the traffic on Lal Bahadur Shastri Street, the traffic police department has come up with a change of route for heavy vehicles, buses and tempos.

These vehicles should ply via Lal Bahadur Shastri Street (right side) – Chinna Subbaraya Pillai Street – Subbiah Salai – Railway Station and Ambour Salai, said a release.
