Lt. Governor’s Cup from tomorrow
NEW DELHI: The fifth Lt. Governor’s Cup DDA football tournament will be held at the Ambedkar Stadium here form March 21 to April 2.
The tournament, that will feature four top teams of the Capital and six teams from other States, will carry a prize purse of Rs. 4.20 lakh.
Punjab Police and BSF from Jalandhar, Jammu and Kashmir Bank from Srinagar, Bhawanipore Club, Kolkata, Goa Football Association under-21 team and Amity United Club, Haryana will be the teams from outside the State.
The tournament will be played on a league-cum-knock-out basis.
