Pepsi ropes in Ram Charan

Hyderabad:It’s stronger and bound to wake you from slumber. With a new taste and a fizzier formula, the cola drink, Pepsi, was launched here on Thursday.
As always, the Pepsi roped in a film actor for the promotion of the drink. Ram Charan Teja, its brand ambassador for Andhra Pradesh, will be seen shaking a leg with actror Deepika Padukone in the new Pepsi advertisements.
“The brand Pepsi has always revolved around youth, who are energetic and spirited. We have introduced the fizzier and more powerful Pepsi that was made to cater to local tastes and preferences of the youth in Andhra Pradesh,” said Pratik Pota, Executive Director, South Market Unit, Pepsico India Holding Private Ltd.
Appreciating the cool drink during the launch, Ram Charan Tej said, “Pepsi has always been the voice of the youth and I’m glad to be associated with it.”
