Poll staff told to follow EC norms

VISAKHAPATNAM: Polling officials and staff should adhere to and go by the Election Commission’s guidelines and rulebook while conducting the election to the Local Authorities Constituency of the Legislative Council, VUDA Vice-Chairman and Returning Officer V.N. Vishnu said here on Thursday.
