Instead of wasting so much money on polls, why can’t we conduct an exam for the politicians and an interview with a jury of qualified professionals? The exam and interview should be telecast live.
This will encourage youngsters to join politics. It would be tough for the politicians but the posts they occupy would be so big. Then why shouldn’t it be tougher than writing civil services.
C.A. studentChiru factor will play vital role
I think Chiranjeevi factor is going to play a vital role in State politics this time because in 2004 general elections the battle was only between Congress and TDP. Now Chiranjeevi’s entry makes this battle more interesting. I think none of them are going to get majority. The role of small parties may become crucial in helping parties to come to power.
MCA studentMinisters, politicians misusing resources
It’s an open secret today that election expenditure would be a few crore of rupees for every contestant. I think younger generation would have to educate people about money politics. Looking at political developments in the country for past few years, I feel very bad the way most of our ministers and other politicians are misusing resources. All the good we can expect to happen is only when younger educated generation takes an active part in politics. Let us vote for good.
