Man jumps to death

CHENNAI: One person allegedly committed suicide by jumping from a three-storeyed building in T. Nagar on Saturday.

Police said that Manohar (34) of Kannammapet had gone to see his sister who lives in T. Nagar.

He suddenly went to the rooftop and jumped from there.

He suffered grievous injuries and died on the spot.

The body was shifted to the Government Royapettah Hospital for post-mortem.

The Mambalam police are investigating.
