NAGAPATTINAM: Thirteen refugees from Madhanam area in Mullaitheevu in Sri Lanka arrived at Kallar on Sunday morning. The villagers handed them over to police. After conducting medical examination on them, the refugees were sent to Mandapam camp, police sources said. — Special Correspondent
