KOCHI: Left-arm spinner K.R. Sreejith’s five-wicket haul and hard-hitting batsman Abhishek Hegde’s 58 (38b, 2x6, 9x4) helped Pattara Swantons CC, Ernakulam, crush Perinthalmanna’s Jolly Rovers by nine wickets and enter the quarterfinals of the 28th Coromandel Cement all-Kerala cricket tournament at the BPCL Kochi Refinery Ground, Ambalamugal, on Sunday. In another pre-quarterfinal, host Muthoot ECC ‘A’, riding on Mazer Moidu’s four for 19 and half centuries by M.M. Pradeep (53 off 43 balls) and Jiju Janardanan (52 off 28 balls, 1x6, 9x4), defeated AG’s Office SRC by seven wickets. The scores: Jolly Rovers, Perinthalmanna 122 in 28.1 overs (K.R. Sreejith five for 13) lost to Pattara Swantons CC, Ernakulam 126 for one in 13.4 overs (Abhishek Hegde 58). AG’s Office SRC, Thrissur 133 for eight in 30 overs (K.G.
