Sambyal tops

Bangalore: Lt. Col. S.S. Sambyal topped the handicap (0 to 13) segment of the M.P. Davis Gold Cup golf tournament at the Bangalore Golf Club here recently.

Sambyal had a score of 135, while K.V. Sripathi, with 138 points, secured the runner-up slot.

Other winners: Open event: C.G. Somaiah, 288; Handicap (14 to 24): Satish Hegde, 134; Seniors: D.S. Rawath, 150.
