VIZIANAGARAM: Notification for election to nine Assemblies and one parliamentary constituency in the district was issued on Monday. With the issue of notification the filing of nominations began for the first phase of polling on April 16. The nominations will be received from 11 am to 3 pm on all working days up to March 30.
