NEW DELHI: Rajsangram Singh of Assam Rifles won the gold and silver in the Dressage Novice event in the All India Police Equestrian championship in Chandigarh. Rajsangram won the gold astride Road Runner with 414 points and the silver on Pop Star with 387 points. Inderpal Singh (Nagina) and Hari Kishan (Mastana) were joint third with 384 points. In novice jumping, M.S. Ratanpura on Shonya won the gold ahead of Jagat (Master Mind) and Harish Kishan (Shiva). Hit Karan astride Tushar beat Dharam Pal (Kavita) and Lakhwinder Singh (Archery) in grabbing the gold in jumping medium normal. The honour in tent pegging went to Ram Bhagat on Mriga Naini as he beat Ram Phool (Apollo) and Jagdish Singh (Rasmine).
