BRIDGETOWN: The West Indies made two changes to its squad for the third and fourth ODIs against England in Barbados on Friday and Sunday. Uncapped opener Dale Richards replaces Devon Smith, who didn’t appear in either of the first two matches in Guyana. The 32-year-old Richards was in the first Test squad against England in February, but was forced to withdraw due to a foot injury. Fast bowler Ravi Rampaul returns at the expense of Daren Powell, who endured a lean Test series and was disappointing in the first match. The 24-year-old Rampaul last played international cricket in February 2008 in Johannesburg.
The squad: Chris Gayle (capt.), Denesh Ramdin, Lionel Baker, Dwayne Bravo, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Fidel Edwards, Nikita Miller, Kieron Pollard, Ravi Rampaul, Dale Richards, Darren Sammy, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Lendl Simmons. — AP
