Brahmin meet on March 29

VISAKHAPATNAM: A ‘Brahmana Pragati Sadhana Sabha’ will be organised by Visakha Brahmins’ Forum at Sri Krishna Vidya Mandir (Sisu Mandir) at Dwarakanagar on March 29.

Addressing a media conference in this connection on Wednesday, forum convener Yamijala Ramjee said that the objective of the conference was to forge unity among the two lakh Brahmins living in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC). The meet would discuss the problems being faced by the community and chalk out strategies for its progress in future.

Experts would be invited to the conference to give direction to youth on various aspects like -- education, culture, employment and marriage.
