BANGALORE: KPTCL has warned residents of some villages in Kadur taluk of Chikmagalur not to climb towers or tie animals to electric poles as the newly constructed 110/11 KV at Hirenallu village will get connected to the power supply on March 25. A release said that lines will be active and dangerous. The new line taken from 110 KV Birur-Ajjampura S.C. line will pass through Birur, Ajjampura, Nagamangala, Hirenallur, Melinahalli, Somanahalli villages. — Staff Reporter
