PF adalat on April 13

TIRUCHI: The Bhavishyanidhi Adalat will be held on April 13 at the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, Sub Regional Office here. It will be held between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner will hear the grievances of the subscribers in person on that day.

Subscribers who submitted their application for Provident Fund / Pension / Annual Statement of Accounts and not disposed for over 30 days could send their representation to the office in person or by name to K. Aravindan, Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (PGHS) on or before April 5 for redressal of their grievances, a press release said.

The Centre for Women’s Studies, Bharathidasan University in association with the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development will organise a two-day programme on banana fibre separation and handicraft items manufacture for the women self help groups.

Those interested in taking part can register their names before March 31 in person at the Women Entrepreneurs’ Association of Tamil Nadu, St. Paul’s Complex, Cantonment. They can register by dialling 0431-4200040, 0431-2407028 or 99944-31117.

The Seethalakshmi Ramaswami College and State Bank of Travancore celebrated Women’s Day at the College premises here recently. Various competitions such as Tamil elocution, rangoli, on the spot painting, skit, invitation card designing, light music and mime show were conducted.
