Plea to voters

All the voters participating in election to the legislative council on March 30 must have identity cards, Returning Officer for the Visakhapatnam Local Authorities Constituency and VUDA Vice-Chairman V.N. Vishnu has said.

In a statement here on Wednesday, he said the officials concerned were directed to issue identity cards to all the MPTCs, ZPTCs, councillors and corporatros who were members of the electoral college.

At meeting with the polling officials, Mr. Vishnu directed them to make all arrangements for polling a day in advance.
