BSP candidate files papers for Madugula

VISAKHAPATNAM: Bethala Kejia Rani of Bahujan Samaj Party filed nomination for the Madugula Assembly segment on Wednesday. Five candidates filed nomination for Lok Sabha and Assembly constituencies during the day.

Yelamanchili Prasad, an independent, filed two sets of papers for Visakhapatnam Parliamentary constituency while independents Avasarala Bhagavanlu and Budumuri Sunil Kumar filed one set each for the Visakhapatnam East and Visakhapatnam South Assembly segments respectively. Though the Praja Rajyam had not announced its list, Sanivada Sreenu filed papers for Pendurthy Assembly segment.

Number of candidates who filed nomination at the end of third day is: Lok Sabha constituencies: Visakhapatnam -2; Araku Valley-2. Assembly constituencies: Visakhapatnam East-1, Visakhapatnam South-1; Pendurthi-1, Madugula-1, Bheemunipatnam-2, Gajuwaka-1.
