Gujarat wins tent pegging

NEW DELHI: Gujarat ‘A’ won the team tent pegging lance round with 119.5 points in the 27th all-India Police Equestrian Championship at Madhuban, Karnal, on Thursday.

Delhi ‘A’ bagged the second place with 112 points, a half point ahead of Haryana ‘A’.

However, it was Madhya Pradesh that was leading the table with nine medals, including four gold. Assam rifle had three gold, while Border Security Force (BSF), Haryana and Gujarat were close behind with two gold each.
