Two Corporation employees suspended

Corporation Commissioner T. T. Balsamy has placed under suspension two employees attached to K. Abishekapuram zone on charges of dereliction of duty. The suspension came after the surprise inspection of road laying work at Woraiyur. The employees – A. Gnanasakthivel and J. Govindaraj were not present at the spot when the Commissioner made the surprise visit. They had also not supervised the proper execution of the work, a release issued here on Friday said.
