Chennai: The President of the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association, N. The hard work and the determination shown by the team members have paid off,” said Mr. Srinivasan. Tamil Nadu captain R. Ashwin thanked the association and the support staff for their crucial role in the side’s performances. The team members and the coaches were presented Rs. 50,000 each, while the support staff received Rs. 25,000 each, in the presence of members and executive members of the TNCA. Tamil Nadu defeated Bengal in the final to lift the Vijay Hazare Trophy at Agartala. R. Sutheesh was the highest wicket-taker, while S. Badrinath finished with the highest run aggregate.
