Hajipur: The police on Tuesday arrested a miscreant with four weapons during a raid conducted at Magiyarpur Kathauliya village in Bihar’s Vaishali district, police said. The miscreant has been identified as Jayatu Rai, Superintendent of Police Paras Nath said .
