HYDERABAD: In an unusual move, former Rajya Sabha member from Kadapa, C. Ramachandraiah, has been asked contest from Machilipatnam Lok Sabha constituency by the Praja Rajyam. Tupakula Munemma, the tribal woman whose brave voice was literally heard by party president K. Chiranjeevi and announced as the party’s first candidate, will contest from Kovvur. Six LS nomineesThe party released a fresh list of six Lok Sabha and 31 Assembly candidates. It has so far announced its nominees to 34 Lok Sabha and 217 Assembly seats. Other Lok Sabha candidates in the list are Jana Ramachandraiah Goud (Nellore), Kadapala Srikanth Reddy (Hindupur), Chalamalasetty Sunil (Kakinada), Talari Manohar (Chittoor) and P. Pramila Devi (Amalapuram). Prominent among the Assembly candidates are former Minister K. Jayaram (Singanamala in Anantapur district) and former MLA Vangaveeti Radhakrishna (Vijayawada Central). Krishna district: Maila Veeraju (Pedana), Yelamanchili Ravi (Vijayawada East), Namburi Srinivas Rao (Tiruvuru SC), Chanumolu Lakshmi Anupama (Mylavaram), Guruvindapalli Varaprasad (Nandigama SC) , Muvva Mohan Rao (Pamarru SC), Danekula Murali (Penamaluru) and Kota Jayakishore (Jaggayyapeta). Chittoor district: Krishnamurthi Rajendra Babu (Kuppam), Ravuri Venkatswamy (Palamaneru), Khader Basha (Punganuru), Sepayi Subramanya Reddy (Sri Kalahasti) and Peer Subbayya (Satyavedu SC). Nellore district: Sridhar Krishna Reddy Mungumuru (Nellore City), Anam Venkatramana Reddy (Nellore Rural) Sheikh Khaja Vali (Atmakuru), Vanki Penchalayya (Venkagiri) and C.V. Sesha Reddy (Sarvepalli). Prakasam district: Darivemula Shailesh (Yerragondapalem), Dr. Parvatareddy Anand (Ongole), Gangada Sujata (Kondapi), Pidatala Sai Kalpana Reddy (Markapur), Sandu Poornachandra Rao (Parchur), Paleti Rama Rao (Chirala), Kommari Kanaka Rao Madiga (Santanuthalapadu)and Pallepu Raghavulu (Kandukuru). Anantapur district: M. Hanumanthappa (Madakasira SC) and Patti Ravi (Guntakal).
