Time waits for none!
Kasturi Dhananjaya learnt the importance of punctuality the hard way! A minute’s delay cost him the opportunity to enter the Parliamentary fray.
Dhananjaya, who hails from Railway Kodur mandal in Kadapa district was planning to file his nomination as an Independent for the Rajampet parliamentary constituency in Chittoor on Saturday, the last day for filing nominations.
By the time he entered the chamber of the Returning Officer Suresh Kumar, it was just a minute past 3 pm and the acceptance of nominations was declared closed.
As his persistent pleas paid no dividend, Dhananjaya returned home cursing his luck!
