Appointment letters for polling personnel by April 8

HYDERABAD: The appointment letters for polling personnel will be sent by April 8 and if these are not received by April 9, the officials concerned should call on phone No.155304 to ascertain their work details, a press release said.

Earlier in the day, Additional Chief Electoral Officer S.P. Singh, District Election Officer M.T. Krishna Babu inspected some of the training classes being taken at Nizam College and Institute of Engineering building and other on Sunday.

Mr. Singh briefed them about some of the important points on the procedures to be followed.

The training classes were held at 15 different centers and about 13,000 polling personnel have attended the training programme.
