CDR package approved for Gangotri Textiles

COIMBATORE: Gangotri Textiles, which integrated and expanded production facilities in 2006-08 at about Rs. 350 crore, has received moratorium from July 1, 2008 to the end of March 2010 for repayment of term loan and interest (Rs. 60 crore). Part of the loan had been converted into equity and another part into cumulative redeemable preferential shares. — Staff Reporter
