KVB’s business exceeds Rs. 25,000 crore

KARUR: The total business of Karur Vysya Bank has crossed the Rs. 25,000-crore mark as on March 31, 2009, with deposits base at Rs. 15,101 crore and advances Rs. 10,559 crore. The bank is aiming for a total business of Rs. 31,000-crore in 2009-10. The bank had opened 23 branches during 2008-09. — Corporate Reporter
