DSM plans auto development centre

CHENNAI: DSM Engineering Plastics plans to set up an auto development centre that would be in touch with OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) to map their needs to develop new parts and platforms for new products. Royal DSM NV, the Netherlands based company which has a 45 per cent market share globally, partnered Tata Nano three years ago and DSM has supplied about 25 plastic parts for Tata Nano.
