Chocolate making workshop gets good response

HYDERABAD: Associates of Broadridge Financial Solutions and their family members lapped up the yummy chocolates at the Chocolate making workshop organised on the office premises in Banjara Hills on Sunday. Guided by Meena Agarwal, nearly 175 associates melted large chunks of chocolate and moulded them into different shapes while flavouring them with additives like butterscotch, almonds, rice crispies, mint and orange.

After that moulded chocolates were again heated in a microwave oven and packed in colourful wrappers.

The joy on Ch. Anila’s face said it all. “It is very nice and total fun,” she exclaims as she and her mother engrossed themselves in moulding their ‘home-made chocolate.

“This is the best workshop I attended so far,” says, D. Neeharika, another associate.

Commenting on the idea behind the workshop, Managing Director of Broadridge India, V. Laxmikanth said workshops like these help in building relationships and trust outside the workspace. It also gives one scope for creative experimenting and in breaking barriers between our associates.

Earlier the company organised workshops in painting, dance, crystal making, yoga, pottery and theatre.
