Congress observers

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress organised a meeting of district and block presidents at Rajiv Bhavan here on Tuesday. The meeting was chaired by party general secretary Oscar Fernandes.

DPYC president Anil Chaudhary appointed observers for the seven Lok Sabha seats from Delhi.
