HYDERABAD: The Electronic Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has reaffirmed that the electronic voting machines manufactured by it are ‘tamper-proof’ and free from any defect or trouble.

Quoting the chairman of the ECIL, Chief Electoral Officer I. V. Mr. Subba Rao said all the 1.33 lakh EVMs obtained in the State for conduct of elections were inspected and rectified in all respects by teams of engineers from ECIL.

“Nothing go can wrong with them’, he said.
