Honda unveils new Activa in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI: Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., a 100 per cent subsidiary of the Honda Motor Company, Japan, on Wednesday unveiled its new Honda Activa in Tamil Nadu. Powered with a 110cc engine, the vehicle, available in six colours, comes with refreshing new style, more mileage and hoard of new features. The standard variant is available at a price of Rs. 41,855 (ex-Chennai). The Deluxe variant will be introduced by August. The company plans to sell 5.5 lakh new Activa in 2009-10, company officials told presspersons here. — Corporate Reporter
