Prime Minister Nehru on April 18 reiterated India’s policy in regard to recent Tibetan developments. Addressing a public meeting in Yeotmal, Mr. Nehru said “we do not want to involve our country in dispute and problems of others though we are ready to help those who come to us in the best possible manner.” Mr. Nehru said he would be meting the Dalai Lama, a great man of Tibet, in a few days and discuss many things with him.
