DINDIGUL: Ramanathapuram blanked Vellore 3-0 in the inaugural match of the 50th senior State football championship for the S.A. Naidu Shield, organised by the Dindigul District Football Association, here on Sunday.

All the three goals — Sabareeswaran (2) and Antony Dhas (1) — came in the second half.
