This Day That Age
The Sunday newspaper, the Observer, on April 19 published an interview with President Ayub Khan of Pakistan in which he outlined his time-table for restoring full civilian Government in Pakistan. President Ayub Khan’s intention, according to this interview, is to produce a Constitution for Pakistan which will provide for a Presidential form of democracy.
