VISAKHAPATNAM: A technical problem in distribution has led to power interruption for over an hour in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts on Tuesday evening. The interruption, which occurred around 7 p.m., was caused due to a technical problem at the 220 KV Main Station in Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP), according to an official spokesman of Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited (EPDCL). He said that top officials were attending to the problem and said that supply would be restored in all the three districts in a few hours. In some areas, the supply was restored around 8.30 p.m.
